Founded in 2009, Therapy 4 Healing (T4H) was created with a deep commitment to serving the community. Many of our board and committee members, facilitators, and therapists have dedicated countless hours to providing free services, over the years, in a variety of settings, including schools, women's groups, the Prince’s Trust, Locus Mental Health, male parenting groups, and youth organisations. â€‹Our passion for community well-being drives everything we do, and we are proud to collaborate with a range of partners to extend our reach and impact.

"Very good feedback from all my clients who really enjoyed/are enjoying sessions with their respective therapist – either male counsellor or female ones. Also I’m very happy [that T4H are ] acknowledging each referral and replying super promptly when I follow up about one".

We established this social enterprise to ensure care reaches those who need it most, regardless of their financial circumstances. Through funding, sponsorships, and partnerships with charities, CICs, and other organisations, we’ve been able to extend our services — whether fully funded or subsidised — to continue the vital work we started.

"Since May 2021, the organisation has been delivering a service to people in financial crisis who are coming for support with food...As well as clients, we have offered this service to our volunteers. Many of our volunteers are older and carrying out quite physical activities with heavy crates of food. The 15-minute massage offered to them shows an appreciation of the hard work that they carry out for free for us".
