Befriending for 18-30 year olds

Joined Up Thinking Befriending Services Joined Up Thinking (JUT) runs a telephone befriending service that caters for young 18 – 30 year olds from the Black, Asian and minority communities in Lewisham. Their trained befrienders are able to befriend those facing isolation and loneliness which may be due to mental health issues, disability, vulnerability or loneliness due to their circumstances.
