Clarion Housing residents - we are back

In partnership with Clarion Housing, we are supporting all Clarion residents in these areas, Newstead Estate and Woodville Close - see poster. These massage sessions can help with aches & pains, sleep issues and/or back pain, sciatica as well as help to improve your general health and well being as you come out and socialise amongst other residents.

Social interaction can add like a natural pain killer which helps to improve your overall mental health. Pop in to see what activities are going on in your local community.

Sessions are drop in and on a first come, first serve basis.
