In partnership with Clarion Housing, we are supporting all Clarion residents in the Newstead Estate area - see poster. These massage sessions can help with aches & pains, sleep issues and/or back pain, sciatica as well as help to improve your general health and well being as you come out and socialise amongst other residents.
Social interaction can act like a natural pain killer which helps to improve your overall mental health. Pop in to see what activities are going on in your local community.
Sessions are free for Clarion residents and on a drop in, first come, first serve basis.
