The things that bring us joy . I have seen the joy and happiness our African and Caribbean elders feel when they are in their gardens . It is infectious, and makes me happy , and bwoy, do I need to feel happy . So next Monday 19th August , I would like to get together as many people as possible over 50, to come together, at Horniman museum and gardens , bring a picnic , picnic blanket and a photo of your garden , and flowers and let’s talk about why gardening , flowers and nature brings you joy . Please rsvp if you can make it ( 11am till 2pm on the hill opposite the crazy golf putting area) .
