It was nice to be a part of this event, sponsoring teams who have been playing for over 40 years in the Afro-Caribbean community from the Windrush generation and passed onto the next generations. Sports in general are a great way to stay active and keep fit in body as well great for socialising helping to keep our mental health in balance.
