Led by Karen from the T4H @therapy4healing & TFL 'Getting People Active' project, these walks are perfect for everyone. Karen, a personal development coach, combines walking with coaching for an incredible experience.

Meet at: 9:15 am  

Walk starts: 9:30 am  

Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes  

What to wear: Comfortable trainers or walking shoes
