The next round of Mindful Mums, Diversity Matters, wellbeing groups starts again in January 2023. These 5 week wellbeing groups are targeted at new mums from BAME backgrounds in Lewisham, with places also open to Greenwich and Bromley based mums if spaces allow. There will be both an in person and online group running next term. Please see attached poster/image for details, and please circulate, refer or promote where appropriate.
