Project: Covid19 Recovery Clinic and Healthy Living Therapies for Over 55's
We are supporting the ageing, carers & cared for to live healthier lives using therapies and activities that reduce aches and pains, isolation and loneliness. We will enable access to safe, non exploitative therapeutic human touch, which reduces the need for medical intervention and enables recovery from both the physical and mental impact of Covid19.
Sessions could include:
group therapies: laughter therapy; gentle exercise; group visualisation; group relaxation; learn how to massage yourselves to help alleviate pain; pain management, reminiscence
Remedial complementary therapy treatments such as massage and reflexology
Look out for where and when our sessions are taking place.
