Please note that, unfortunately, our prices have to go up in line with the current situation in the UK, however for those who need regular monthly physical treatments for their conditions and cannot afford it, this is still a good option. These sessions are subsidised by small amounts of funding but also over the many years, by the management, team and therapists @ MindBody Therapy Centre and we thank them for their continued support.

Massage / Body Stretch or Reflexology or Mentoring/Coaching Adult - £40 for 45 - 60 mins | Child - £35 for 45 mins NB. Usually £65 a session
How to apply
You will need to complete the referral form and send proof of carer status or illness to info@t4h.org.uk or to 120 Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, Lewisham, London SE23 1BX (postal version of referral form to download, print and complete). We will review, then call you to set your first appointment with the appropriate person as necessary. Due to limited resources we cannot guarantee that everyone who applies can be seen by us. Please note that we cannot continue your treatment if you fail to show up or pay (if applicable) as we may have other people waiting for a place.
